Job Description

Speech and Language Therapist- (Long Term Sub/Leave Replacement)

EFFECTIVE: April 17, 2025 - September 29, 2025
LOCATION: Meadow Elementary School
REPORTS TO: Building Administrators
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate, assess and screen students using appropriate standardized testing and clinical observation sills
• Provide speech/language therapy according to students' IEP's
• Create and monitor goals
• Work cohesively with school programs on coordination of speech-language services from school to home

Job Qualifications

• NYS Certification in Speech and Language pending or issued
• NYS Fingerprint Clearance
• Experience with Assistive Communication Devices
• ABA experience preferred
