Job Description

Maintainer
3:00 PM -11:30 PM Monday through Friday

Repairs, cleans, and assists in the installation of alarm system; HVAC control; Inspects, repairs, and installs electrical equipment, computer wiring, etc.; Supervises unskilled personnel or semi-skilled assigned to assist in maintenance duties; Maintains tools, equipment, and work area.

Job Qualifications

Fingerprint Clearance.

Graduation from a vocational or trade school and one year of experience in performing general or specialized maintenance and repair tasks in buildings, and on various types of machinery, equipment, furniture, and tools;
or
three years of satisfactory experience as outlined above.
