Job Description

COOK MANAGER

LOCATION: District Office
HOURS: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
START DATE: January 20, 2026 (Anticipated)
REPORTS TO: Assistant Superintendent of Business
COMPENSATION: $50,000 - $60,000, commensurate with experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises and participates in preparing food for the school cafeterias; supervises storage of food and supplies; supervises cleaning; plans work schedules; trains food service workers; maintains records and prepares reports; takes cash register readings before deposit is made.

Job Qualifications

• Graduation from high school and three years of satisfactory experience in the large-scale preparation and cooking of food, including one year in a supervisory capacity
• Fingerprint clearance
