Assistant Principal - Baldwin HIgh School | BHS Assistant Principal | ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL - BALDWIN HIGH SCHOOL EFFECTIVE: 2025-2026 School Year (11-month position) REPORTS TO: High School Principal GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and manage the master schedule for the school, ensuring it meets the needs of the students and complies with district policies
- Provide leadership to and supervision of the counseling staff
- Assist the principal in developing and/or maintaining an effective school-community relations program appropriate for the high school
- Oversee the implementation of comprehensive counseling and wellness programs that support students' academic, social and emotional development
- Help lead the school's response to crises involving students, including mental health emergencies, disciplinary issues and other urgent situations
- Manage and organize all grade reporting and transcripts
- Other duties as assigned
