TEMPORARY HEAD COOK

LOCATION: Baldwin High School
HOURS: 10 Month Schedule; 6:30 AM - 2:00 PM
EFFECTIVE: Immediately
REPORTS TO: Cook Manager, Building Administration, Assistant Superintendent for Business and Administrative Services
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 

• Under general supervision, the duties require the use of judgement in preparing and cooking food for large groups

• Supervising subordinate personnel

• Prepares and cooks meat, fish, poultry, soup, vegetables, salads, rolls, cakes, pies and other foods

• Assists in the planning of menus and the purchasing of food

• Supervises the cleaning of the kitchen and storage areas

• Inspects and maintains inventory of food and supplies

• Coordinates food deliveries for all buildings

• Coordinates attendance and coverages

• Maintains time records of all employees

FOOD SERVICE WORKER

WORK YEAR:             10-Month
REPORTS TO:            Cook Manager and Head Cook
HOURS:                      10AM-2PM OR 9AM-2PM based on openings

Food service workers are responsible for but not limited to-
Station set up, prepping food, serving food, sanitizing food work areas, cleaning up, dish washing, and other duties requested by administration.
